Itinerary in details
Day 1: Arrival, pickup, Visit Sheldrick Wildlife Trust & hotel transfer
Our driver will wait for you at the airport before you arrive and as soon as you do, he will drive you to The Sheldrick Wildlife Trust which protects the orphan elephants and black and white rhinos. The visit will take only one hour and if you are still on time, you will proceed to the Giraffe Center. From the Giraffe center, you will go to your hotel to check in.

Day 2: Transfer to Nairobi National Park
Very early in the morning, you will have a quick breakfast and then set off to Nairobi national park. Arrive early enough and go for a morning game drive in the park where you will have a chance to spot a number of wildlife species such as water bucks, buffaloes, hippos, giraffes, rhinos, impalas among others. The game drive will take about 4 hours after which you will head back to the hotel, have lunch and head to the National Museum of Kenya. At the museum, you will have a chance of listening to ancient stories of Kenya and seeing different art galleries. After a very cheerful moment at the museum, our driver will drive you back to the hotel.

Day 3: Transfer to Tsavo East
Set off for a 4 to 5 hour drive to Tsavo East National Park. You will pass by the hotel, check in, have lunch and then proceed to the wild. Have an afternoon game drive where you will have a chance to spot a variety of wildlife species right in their habitats. Among the animals you will see are; elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, lesser kudu among others. After the game drive, you will be driven back to the hotel.

Day 4: Full day in Tsavo East National Park
You will begin your 4th day of 22 days best of Kenya wildlife safari with a very special breakfast early in the morning. Since you will be spending the full day in the wild, you are likely to leave the hotel with enough food to for your lunch. During your full-day safari in Tsavo East, you will have a chance of spotting a variety of animals such as; Leopards, Lions, dust-red elephants, lesser kudu and about 500 recorded bird species.

Day 5: Transfer to Amboseli National Park
Early morning, you will have a quick breakfast and check out of the hotel. You will set off for a 4 to 5 hour drive to Amboseli National Park. On arrival, you will start by checking in at your hotel, have lunch and head for a cultural visit to the neighboring locals, “the Maasai people”. You will have chance to learn about their way of life, enjoy traditional songs and dances & have a very thrilling experience. After this all, our driver will drive you back to the hotel.

Day 6: 2 Game Drives in Amboseli NP
Your 6th day of 22 days best of Kenya wildlife budget safari will begin with a very quick cup of coffee. Then you will head to the wild for your first game drive in Amboseli. The park is well known for its beautiful sceneries and large herds of African elephants. After 4 hours of the game drive, you will head back to the hotel for lunch. Immediately after lunch, you will head back to the wild for an afternoon game drive in a different sector of Amboseli national park. While game driving in Amboseli, expect to see a number of wildlife species among which are; elephants, cheetahs, leopards, Zebras, crocodiles, lions and many more. After the second game drive, you will be transferred back to the hotel.

Day 7: Transfer to Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Very early morning, you will take breakfast and then check out of the hotel. You will embark on a 7 to 8 hour journey to Ol Pejeta Conservancy. During your travel, you will branch off to have lunch at any nice restaurant or hotel along the way. After you will continue with your journey. On arrival, you will start by checking in your hotel and then relax for about an hour as you prepare for a night game drive since you have had a very long trip. Before the sun sets, you will head to the wild to have a night game drive to spot the nocturnal animals. During this game drive, you will spot animals such as Ardvark, zorillas, bat-eared foxes, lions and leopards. The game drive will take 3 hours after which you will head back to the hotel.

Day 8: Full day at Ol Pejeta Conservancy
Your 8th day of 22 days best of Kenya wildlife budget safari includes a full day exploring the diverse wildlife of Ol Pejeta Conservancy. This day will be very special as you will have a chance to trek chimpanzees which are only found at this conservancy. Among other animals you should expect to see at Ol Pejeta Conservancy are; black rhinos, zebras, hippos, wild dogs, cheetahs and many more.

Day 9: Transfer to Samburu National Reserve – Game drive
On your 9th day of 22 days best of Kenya wildlife budget safari, you will wake up a bit early, have a quick cup of coffee and then check out of the hotel. You will then set off for a 3 hour drive to Samburu National Reserve. On arrival, you will check in the hotel and then proceed to the national reserve for a hot air balloon and then back to the hotel for lunch. After lunch, you will go for a nature hike inside the Samburu National reserve where you will have a chance to view as many wildlife species as possible. Among the animals you will include the Maasai giraffe, Beisa oryx, elephants, hippos, buffaloes and many more. After the nature walk, you will be transferred back to the hotel. Accommodation

Day 10: Full day at Samburu National Park
This day will begin with a quick breakfast after which you will set off for a morning game drive in Samburu national reserve. During this game drive, you should expect to view a variety of animal and bird species right in their habitats. After the game drive, you will head back for lunch. Immediately after lunch, you will go for a cultural visit to the Samburu caves which are traditional homes of the Samburu people. The best moment will be when you enter the traditional Manyatta which is full of historical rock art pieces. After this, our driver will take you back to the hotel.

Day 11: Camel back riding & transfer to Lake Nakuru NP
Day 11 of your 22 days best of Kenya wildlife budget safari will begin with cup of coffee and some heavy snacks. After the breakfast, you will go for camel back riding which will take about 2 hours. After the camel safari in Samburu national reserve, you will be transferred back to the hotel to check out and embark on a 5 to 6 hour drive to Lake Nakuru national park. On your way to Lake Nakuru, you will branch off and have lunch. On arrival, you will start by checking in your hotel relax after a long journey as your prepare for a night game drive. Late in the evening, you will start a night safari in Lake Nakuru National Park and spot nocturnal animals such as Leopards, Rhinos, and Buffaloes among others. Day 12: Lake Nakuru NP game viewing, transfer to Lake Bogoria
Immediately after lunch, you will embark on an early morning game drive through the wilderness of Lake Nakuru National Park. During this game drive, you will spot a number of animals such Rothschild Giraffes, cape buffaloes, lions, leopards, colobus monkeys, hippos, zebras, gazelles and many more. You will then depart from Lake Nakuru to Bogoria, have lunch and then continue to Naivasha.

Day 13: Boat ride & drive to Hell’s Gate National Park
Go for a boat ride on Lake Naivasha, see hippos, crocodiles & birds species like pink backed pelicans, herons and fish eagles. After the boat ride, you will continue to Hell’s Gate NP for biking excursions. Hell’s Gate National park harbors wildlife species such as the African Buffaloes, eland, Thomson’s gazelle and baboons. After the biking, you will head to your hotel.

Day 14: Transfer to Masai Mara National Reserve
Your 14th day of 21 days best of Kenya wildlife budget safari will start with a heavy breakfast and then embark on a 4 to 5 road trip to Africa’s best location to witness the wildebeest migration, Maasai Mara National Park. The reserve is situated in Southwestern Kenya near the border with Tanzania’s Serengeti National Park. On arrival, you will first check in you hotel, have lunch and then go for a late afternoon game drive to search for hyenas, giraffes, gazelles, wildebeest, zebras and so on.

Day 15: Full day wildlife viewing at Maasai Mara National Park (wild beasts viewing)

You will embark on a full day game viewing excursion and you will have a chance to spot the big five animals of Africa which are; elephants, rhinos, buffaloes, lions and leopards. You will be able to witness the wildebeest migration with millions of wildebeests moving together with zebras and antelopes in search for greener pasture and water. Day 16: Cultural Visit to the Maasai Community & drive back to Nairobi
Your 16th day of 21days best of Kenya wildlife budget safari involve visiting the Maasai people for cultural experience. You will meet a local guide who will take you to the Masaai people who live together with wild life. During this session, you experience a lot of different behavior and beliefs. The Masaai people will also give you part of their cultural dances and narrate for you different stories of their origin, their ancient life and way of living. After the cultural visit, you will embark on a 4 to 5 hour drive back to Nairobi.

Day 17: Drive to Mombasa
You will start your day with a delicious breakfast early morning and after you will proceed to Mombasa city. This day will mark the beginning of your expedition along the Indian Ocean Coastline. The drive will take about 8 to nine hours. Upon arrival, you will check in your hotel and since it has been a long drive, you will need to rest as you warm up for the next day’s activities.

Day 18: Explore Fort Jesus & Haller Park
Fort Jesus is a UNESCO world heritage site that was built on order of King Philip II of Spain. The fort was built with an aim of securing the safety of the Portuguese who lived on the East African coast. It was declared a National Museum in 1958. While at Fort Jesus, you will have chance to view a lot of historical things such wall paints of armed warriors, pottery and see the Mombasa Butterfly House. You will then proceed to Haller Park for wildlife viewing. Animals to see include Elands, Potty, Buffaloes and water birds such as Egrets, Herons, King Fishers and Cormorants among others. Late in the evening you will be transferred back to the hotel.
